仕事をする上で重要なのは職場の人間関係だと言う話しを
他の人からもよく聞きます
私は、この会社の総務課で去年の8月から働き始めましたが
入社した当時、同じ課の人たちとうまくやっていけるのか
心配していたのが嘘のように
もうすでに何年も働いているような居心地のよさを感じています
同年代のＫさんは仕事の上で頼りになるだけでなく
私の仕事の話しや家庭の話しを
いつも聞いてくれては突っ込みを入れてくれます（笑）
それに上司のＯさんもさらに突っ込みを入れてくるという具合で
なんとも和気あいあいの職場です
そんな様子を他の課のＷさんが見ていて
「いいなぁ～」とつぶやいていたのは
その課の人には内緒です
